To help best explain the ordering, shipping and payment process, we have attempted to answer our most commonly asked questions. Upon ordering a saddle we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. You may then pay the rest of the balance how you would like until the saddle is complete and ready for shipping. For payment we take check, Venmo, or a credit/debit card. There is a 3% processing fee when an amount on a card is ran.
We ship our products using UPS ground. We can do a faster shipping time upon request and get you a price on what that would be.
Our trees are on a 5 year warranty. The warranty covers manufacture defects that would cause any issue. The warranty does not cover damages you cause.
